Hi Jasmine! Major retailers like Kinokuniya, Times, etc have them; they also have Vogue Paris, and Vogue Italia. But if you are interested in fashion magazines you should check out Basheer bookstore located in Bras Basah Complex, level 4. They have a lot more than the aforementioned.
